Letters sent to us from local students who have participated in the wormseeding activities.

Thank you so much for inviting us to go on the worm seeding. Also paying for the bus to get there. We are glad that we helped you. It was awesome.

Stacey

Thank you so much for inviting us to go worm seeding. I am one of the pupils from Room 3. I am nine years old and a year five. Me and the class really enjoyed the experience. It was the first time any of us went on a trip like that.

Mallory

Thanks for having us at the mine. We really enjoyed going wormseeding. It wa a new experience for most of us. My favourite part was planting the worms. I would like to go again to do more worm seeding.

Amy

Thank you for letting us come worm seeding. I had lots of fun. We learned lots about worms. I liked putting sods in. Thank you for letting us use the bus. Thank you for giving up your time to help us and tell us about worms. We've seen lots of tunnels in the wormery in our class.

Fiona

I enjoyed coming to the gold company. It was fun. I found out some interesting facts about earthworms and the waste rock embankment. It was fun doing the worksheets and my buddy thought so too. It was hard work climbing up the hill. But when I got to the top it was an awesome view. Laying the sods was great too. Thank you!

Makayla

Thankyou for having me at your wormseeding farm.

It was really great learning about worms. Walking up the hills was very hard but in the end I made it. I liked it how the quartz was stuck in the ground.

My favourite part of wormseeding was putting the lime down on the ground then putting the sods on top. I really want to know what the sods look like now.

I hope I can come back to your farm. Once again thank you for having me at your farm. It was cool.

Nikita

Thankyou for showing us around the worm seeding place. It was fun because now I know that worms have one brain and if you cut it in half it dies and never comes back and now I will stop cutting Mum's worms in half.

Jordan

Thankyou for teaching us about the wormseeding environment.

I really liked the waste rock embankment activity and how we put sods every ten metres with lime and rope.

I did like the other activity but the waste rock was the best.

Thanks again.

Seth

Thank you for the fun day at the gold company. I really enjoyed it. I thought it would be dumb but it was really cool.

My favourite thing would be the exercise like going up the hill and down because we were up the very top.

The things I learned on Friday would be worms eat lime. Once again, thanks for the educating trip.

Ashley
